Bridgewater Associates executive says she would be underweight U.S. equities

Karen Karniol-Tamour, co-chief investment officer of Bridgewater Associates Sustainable Investing, said she would be underweight U.S. equities."Their outperformance has been so long," Karmiol-Tamour said earlier at the virtual Sohn Investment Conference in a lightning round Q&A session.She said she would be overweight international equities at the charity conference.She also sees inflation in the U.S. below 4% for a five-year average, though it will hit above 4% for at least some period.She said when asked if she would chose bitcoin (BTC-USD) vs gold she responded that "gold is underrated right now. That's such a historical store of value. People shouldn't forget that."Yesterday, Ray Dalio continues to believe government is existential threat to Bitcoin.
