Future FinTech forms new subsidiary in Dubai to accelerate digital finance

Previously, (March 18) Future FinTech formed a joint venture in Dubai through a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with major shareholders of Shenzhen SOSOB Technology. The parties expect FTFT Capital to acquire 100% ownership of Shenzhen from its current shareholders. Shenzhen is a digital currency market information and data service platform and its SoBitX platform currently has 1.2M+ registered members worldwide, the company said.
