Overstock gains on a report tZERO is exploring options, including a SPAC deal

Overstock (OSTK) rose 3.2% in after hours trading on a report that crypto trading platform tZERO is looking to sell itself.Overstock's goal is not to sell tZERO, but to find a a strategic partner, Coindesk reported, citing Overstock's investor relations representative. Options could include a strategic buyer that wants to take control of the business or potentially taking tZERO public thought a SPAC.In late April, tZERO partners with equity management software company, Eqvista and in March tZero forges agreement with tokenization platform DigiShares.
