Volt Bitcoin Revolution ETF is the latest crypto ETF filed with the SEC

Olemedia/E+ via Getty Images Volt ETF Trust has filed paperwork on a preliminary prospectus with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission to launch the Volt Bitcoin Revolution ETF. Furthermore, the Volt Bitcoin Revolution ETF is to be listed and trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol: BTCR.The actively managed exchange traded fund seeks to invest in both U.S. and foreign companies with exposure to bitcoin from an investment objective. Additionally, the advisor applies an option overlay strategy to the fund’s equity investments.Per the prospectus, the ETF defines companies with exposure to bitcoin by three different criteria. Those standards are as follows: “(i) Hold or have held bitcoin on their balance sheet, for treasury management purposes or otherwise; (ii) are actively using, investing in, developing, mining or have products that are poised to benefit from bitcoin and bitcoin’s blockchain technology and/or the potential for increased efficiency that it provides to various
